Two evicted and 10 gain entry into BBA
LINDEN– Big Brother evicts two housemates and plays a massive prank on the remaining contenders.
Big Brother had the housemates pacing on 16 November, following the unexpected eviction of South Africa’s vixen Samantha and Malawi’s entertainer Mr 265.
Biggie made a shocking announcement informing the remaining housemates that 10 former Big Brother contestants from other seasons will be joining them.
The following stars will be joining the fun in the Hotshots house:
- Tanzania, Feza – The Chase
- Zambia, Sulu –The Chase
- Botswana, Miss P – Amplified
- Nigeria, Uti – All stars
- Malawi, Natasha –The Chase
- Ghana, Elikem – The Chase
- Mozambique, Leonel – Amplified
- South Africa, Luclay – Amplified
- Uganda, Denzel – The Chase
- Zimbabwe, Vimbai – Amplified
As in the eight seasons prior, ‘Hotshots’ Biggie will never run out of surprises. The housemates were shocked but this is nothing but just a prank to add some fun into the game.
As part of the prank, housemates will be told that Africa will be choosing whether or not to replace them with their fellow countrymate. This means that they will be under the illusion that they can be replaced in the house by an ex-housemate from their country.
The housemates are expected to up their game to earn Africa’s vote.
The 10 housemates will be in the house for just a week.
As to be expected, such news led the housemates to forget a little bit about the departed Samantha and Mr 265.
“I knew I was going home because when Sipe became head of the house I knew she was going to put me up because when I was head of house I put up Ellah but for some reason she thought I was going to put her up instead. Immediately it made me realise that she either sees me as a threat or there was an underlying issue I am not aware of,” said Samantha.
“I packed all my clothes and I wore clothes nice enough for eviction,” she said.
Samantha informed that she is happy to have left because if she stayed she would have “lost” it.
She also informed that she will miss Idris the most.
“Idris is very funny and he makes me laugh. I actually always say that if he was older he would definitely be my kind of guy.”
Mr 265 who named himself after the area code of his country said the experience was amazing for him.
“The experience was like a free workshop. It made me realise there are more things to come, gain confidence and realise that there are greater things to come in life,” he said.
He, however, is not sad about leaving.
“I did not go into the house for the money but for the experience.”
He is of the opinion that he is 100 times better than he was prior to his entry into the house.
“Big Brother has opened doors for me immediately and the right people have my contact details” he said.
