Feast on chicken and tomato wrap pizza
This wrap pizza is incredibly simple to make. It's light enough to be a snack, good as an appetiser, or delicious enough to eat on its own!

Unwrap a delicious combination of savoury chicken and juicy tomatoes in every bite of this Chicken and Tomato Wrap Pizza recipe by LANCEWOOD®.
Ingredients
- 1 large wrap(s)
- 60 ml tomato paste
- 10 ml sugar
- 5 ml dried basil
- A pinch of salt
- 500 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Mozzarella, grated
- 375 ml cooked chicken, sliced
- 1 half red onion, sliced
- Cherry tomato(es), halved
To serve:
- Fresh basil , shredded
- Fresh rocket leaves
- Avocado(s) , sliced
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Place the wrap the baking sheet.
- Mix the tomato paste, sugar, dried basil and salt. Spread evenly on the wrap.
- Sprinkle the cheese over.
- Arrange the chicken, onion, and tomatoes on top.
- Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until golden and bubbling and edges turns brown.
- Top with shredded basil, rocket, and avocado.
Air fryer: Alternatively – bake in the air fryer at 200°C for 7 – 8 minutes.
