Ingredients
- McCain Asian Stir Fry
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 Green pepper chopped
- Butter and baby lettuce
- Cucumber sliced
- Spring onions chopped
- Baby spinach
- Fresh coriander
- Store-bought lime and coriander dressing
Method
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and fry the Stir fry veg until cooked.
- In a large salad bowl, add in the salad ingredients, except the avo, and top with the stir fry veg.
- Arrange sliced avo.
- Top with fresh coriander and drizzle the dressing.
