Mother’s Day will be observed on 8 May, and if you have not yet decided on what you will do for that special lady in your life, here are some events that you can take her to.
You can treat your first lady to an exquisite high tea in the Sheet Street Court at Rosebank Mall on 7 May from 10am to 1pm.
You will have an opportunity to indulge in a spread of teatime treats while enjoying the company of their lifestyle guest speakers.
Mothers will also be spoiled with a Mother’s Day goodie bag and can participate in lucky draws throughout the day.

You can also make a stop at San Valdor Home as they need your support. Join them for a wonderful breakfast in honour of all mothers.
If you cannot bring your mother, they say you can bring an aunt, sister, friend, grandmother or daughter.
Their event will be on 7 May at San Salvador Home on 19 Melville Road in Hyde Park. Festivities will begin at 9.30am and will run until 12.30pm on the same day.
Tickets cost R150 per person which includes a full breakfast, a goodie bag and professional entertainment by Divine Touch.
Paul Ditchfield of the legendary South African rock band, The Bats, will be emcee and will also render some entertainment for the guests.
There is a dress code which is denim, diamonds and a touch of lace. If you plan to make a stop at this event, make sure that you stick to the day’s theme. There are prizes to be won.
