Port Shepstone Lions collect food for the needy
Numerous shopping trolleys were filled and a number of cash donations were made.
Harbour View Superspar in Port Shepstone kindly allowed the Port Shepstone Lions Club to collect food donations for the needy and sell their delicious Lions’ Christmas Cakes last Saturday.

Club members worked in shifts at both entrances in order to promote the project and advise what groceries were most needed. The generosity of the public was outstanding with a number of shopping trolleys filled.
In lieu of non perishable items, shoppers gave generous cash donations enabling the purchase of additional items required for the food hampers for distribution to needy families and institutions in the Port Shepstone area.
