With their commitment to helping people achieve a healthy lifestyle and a better way of living, Ilka Perfect and Selvan Naidoo have opened a new fitness centre.

The duo unlocked the doors to Hybrid Fit in Commercial Road, Umtentweni, against a backdrop of strength-training equipment last Friday. The South Coast community, family, friends and neighbours turned up to take a look at the modern, light-filled space for the first time.
With many years’ experience in personal and strong man training, Selvan offers sessions to those interested in strong man and strength events.
Ilka has years of personal training experience and specialises in spinning, fitness and toning and will get you in shape in no time.
“A healthy lifestyle is an important part of being a healthy and productive individual, and what better place to have a state-of-the-art fitness centre than right on your doorstep to help you achieve that,” the couple pointed out.
They added the facility was the culmination of months of hard work. “It’s been a truly collaborative effort that has required a ton of passion, commitment and relentless effort.”
Selvan and Ilka added they had received a great response and much support from the local community in the run-up to the opening.
