Its apigenin, a chemical structure can induce sleepiness when it binds with the main inhibitory neurotransmitter of the brain – GABA. If you have trouble falling asleep at night, then this tea blend could be your long term solution. Sometimes blended with various fruity flavours like citrus or leaves like mint, chamomile is best served with a teaspoon of honey, for just a little flavour. Alternatively, its natural leafy flavour is favourable to many.

Served with milk as a creamy and sweet beverage or black with honey and lemon, the versatility of this blend is what makes it the famous and favourite tea that it is. To switch it up in summer, ice tea can also be made from this delicacy, by just cooling it by adding ice or refrigerating it, this tea can be consumed on any occasion to alleviate stress and anxiety.
