For the burgers: Meat-free/ vegetarian patties of your choice; salt; pepper; avocado oil; sliced cheese; burger buns, sliced in half.

For the mixed peppers and onions: 1 green bell pepper, sliced; 1 red bell pepper, sliced; 1 yellow pepper, sliced; 1 red onion, sliced; 1 tablespoon olive oil; ½ teaspoon salt; 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped; 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice.

For the easy Sriracha mayo: Sriracha sauce; ½ cup mayonnaise; salt and pepper.

How to:

For the burgers:

Brush the patties of your choice with some oil on both sides, season with salt and pepper.

Add the patties to the Philips Smart Sensing XXL Airfryer and cook at 200℃ for 5-8 minutes or according to the cooking instructions on the packaging.

Once done open the airfryer and place a slice or two of cheese on the patty, close the basket and let the cheese melt from the residual heat.

For the mixed peppers and onions:

Combine peppers, onion, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl.

Transfer the mixture to the Philips Smart Sensing XXL Airfryer basket and cook at 180℃ for 8 minutes.

Cook until peppers and onion are soft, you can cook at 200℃ for 2 more minutes if you want them a bit charred.

Transfer to a serving bowl, add coriander and lime juice and mix well.

For the easy Sriracha Mayo:

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and season well.

To assemble

Place some of the sriracha mayo on both sides of the bun, place the patty with the cheese on the bottom bun, followed by the peppers and onion and top off with the top bun.

Optional* add some of your other favourite burger toppings like tomato, gherkins or lettuce.

For the McCain Crispy Oven Chips, Texan BBQ Flavour:

Add your frozen McCain Crispy Oven Chips Texan BBQ into the Philips Smart Sensing XXL Airfryer and cook for 10 minutes at 200℃, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

When ready, remove from the Airfryer and place in a serving bowl.
