Work stoppage by bus drivers enters second week
Rea Vaya Bus services remain suspended following an illegal strike by workers.
Today marks the eighth day of the non-operational services by Rea Vaya due to an ongoing strike by bus drivers.
The disruption to services began on the morning of February 2 after bus drivers left buses unattended in Joburg CBD.
Disciplinary action was taken on February 6 by bus operating company, Piotrans against workers who have not reported for work.
