Some of the country’s best known coaches will again meet to share knowledge and ideas across a range of sport codes at the second annual Night With the Coaches seminar.

Panelists for the question and answer session, to be held at Midstream College Auditorium on November 26, include former Proteas cricket coach Gary Kirsten, former Proteas netball coach Elize Kotze, former Davis Cup and Fed Cup captain John-Laffnie de Jager, doubles tennis player Raven Klaasen and renowned eye doctor Sherylle Calder.

The two-day event also includes a Team Tennis Challenge on November 25, featuring corporate teams of four players, followed by a gala dinner with guests including former tennis stars Christo van Rensburg, who won the 1985 Australian Open doubles title, Pietie Norval, the 1992 Olympic doubles silver medallist, and Anette du Plooy, who won the 1966 French Open mixed doubles crown.

All money raised will be donated to the Matchpoint Foundation, a development tennis organisation endorsed by former SA greats Wayne Ferreira and Amanda Coetzer.
