Itumeleng Khune and Erick Mathoho are the only overage players that will make the final Rio Olympics football team.

In terms of the competition rules for the Olympics Under-23 soccer tournament, every team is allowed to use three overage players.

AmaGlug-Glug coach Owen Da Gama, however, opted to have only two.

Khune will be the most experienced in the team, having made more than 70 appearances for the senior national team, Bafana Bafana.

AmaGlug-Glug are in Group A with Iraq, Denmark and hosts, Brazil,.
