Ajax Cape Town coach, Roger de Sa has revealed that defender, Rivaldo Coetzee has been training with the team for the past two days and is on his way to full fitness.

Coetzee missed Bafana Bafana’s trip to Burkina Faso for the Fifa World Cup qualifier due to an injury. Speaking at a press conference in Cape Town on Tuesday morning, de Sa said: “Rivaldo is fine, he trained without any pain in the past two days.”

De Sa also said Prince Nxumalo is on his way to full fitness. “Prince got back to training this week, so with him it’s just a matter of fitness,” said de Sa.

The former Orlando Pirates mentor, who took the team to the final of the Caf Champions League in 2013, had some valuable advice for this year’s finalists, Mamelodi Sundowns. He said the Tshwane ginats must ensure that in whatever they do, they do not concede a goal in the home leg set for Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday.

“My advice is, don’t concede at home,” said de Sa.
