Solomons impressed by Ajax’s work ethic

New Ajax Cape Town assistant coach Boebei Solomons says the club has been getting positive results during the pre-seasonn and that will help in building the confidence of the players.

“Pre-season is going very well thus far,” Solomons said.

“There is a good work ethic and willingness to learn and improve which is vital. Getting positive results also helps a lot in terms of confidence for the new season.

“Results are not the most important thing at this stage, but the mind is very powerful and winning any match breeds confidence and self-belief which we can carry into the upcoming season,” Solomons concluded.

Solomons was roped into the Ajax technical team last month to help head coach Stanley Menzo.
