Da Gama made two changes to the starting XI that beat Zambia 3-2 on Tuesday afternoon. Phumlani and Siphelele Ntshangase will come in to replace Dumisani Zuma and Phakamani Mahlambi.
“I am quite confident that the team we have selected will do the job. We did not want to make too many changes, as we wanted to keep the momentum from the last match. Also, I do not want us worrying too much about them, we should focus on our game and they will worry about us. We have to take the game to them and we know an early goal will break them,” said Da Gama.
Da Gama and his charges faced Tunisia two months ago in two friendlies and the mentor is aware of the arsenal Tunisia has, but he expects a good performance from his side.
“We will play our game. Two months ago, we were in Tunisia and played against them in friendlies. We respect them, but we don’t fear them. We respect all our opponents. They are one of the best sides here. We are looking forward to the match and certainly hope to perform better.”
