Springs Yuvak Mandal invites the community to nama-stay in balance at a fun-filled yoga day on May 18.

The event, at Shree Vishveshwar Mahadev Mandir Grounds, will honour the forthcoming International Day of Yoga, celebrated globally on June 21.

Families and friends will tap into the spirit of wellness and unity as they indulge in a yoga session at 10:00. The little ones can partake in children’s activities. Attendees will enjoy live entertainment beginning at 12:30 and a variety of stalls.

“Yoga is not just about flexibility or physical postures, it is about finding balance within. Through regular practice, we develop awareness, resilience, and a deep sense of inner peace.”

This is according to yoga expert Maya Bhatt, who will feature at the event. Bhatt is a postgraduate in yoga and a well-known community leader, who has been passionately promoting holistic living through yoga for over two decades.

She blends traditional asanas, pranayama, and meditation practices with modern insights into health, making her sessions accessible and inspiring for all age groups.
