Saddling up for success
The third Sanesa is just around the corner and eMalahleni’s Zalala riders are well prepared for it.
Zalala Equestrian Centre hosted a fun-filled April Easter Training Show.
Saturday, April 27, and Sunday, April 28 were set aside for horses and riders to show off in the arena.
On Sunday they had their first training Dressage show.
The results are:
Pony and Children Rider Prelim 1&2
1st place: Leanke Fourie and Hanzel Kalant
2nd place: Charné Claassens and Windstar Evoque
Junior and Adult Rider Walk and trot test 1&2
1st place: Miandi Pretorius and Roxy Bay
2nd place: Kagan von Kleist and Sweet Talker
Junior and Adult Rider Prelim 1&2
1st place: Zelmarie Niemann and Paw Patrol
2nd place: Danell van Rooyen and Enjoy the View
3rd place: Jessica Harmse and Rambo’ Glory
Placed: Kagan von Kleist with Winter Night Saphire
Adult Novice test 1&2
1st place: Danell van Rooyen and Passionate Lad.

The riders and horses are preparing for the third Sanesa taking place from May 17 to May 19.
