Planned power outage at Doornpoort, Rietspruit, KwaGuqa, Grobler and Buffer Substation

Residents of areas falling under these substations must get their candles ready.

According to the spokesperson of Emalahleni Local Municipality, Mr Lebo Mofokeng, a planned outage has been scheduled by Eskom at Doornpoort, Rietspruit, KwaGuqa, Grobler, and Buffer Substation on Sunday, August 7 from 16:00 until 00:00.

The substations will be affected as follows:

Doornpoort, Rietspruit and KwaGuqa Substation will be affected from 17:00 until 19:30.

Grobler Substation will be affected from 21:00 until 23:30.

Buffer Substation will be affected from 23:00 until 00:00.
