A pedestrian was hit by a car while crossing the N3 between Merrivale and Midmar Dam in KwaZulu-Natal on Monday afternoon.
Roland Robertson of the Midlands EMS said the man was crossing the N3 when he was hit by a car.
“Patient was declared deceased at the scene by the paramedics,” said Robertson.
