The sentencing of convicted sexual abuser, former school counsellor Darren Goddard, has been postponed to September 13.
He made a brief appearance at the Pietermaritzburg high court on Thursday.
The transcribed judgement, which at the previous court appearance in July was unaccounted for, has been found and is in the court’s possession.
The new date set down is for sentencing procedures.
In March, Goddard was convicted on seven out of 15 counts pertaining to rape and sexual assault of minors, as well as one charge of accessing and being in possession of child pornography, dating back to 2016.
