Letters | New dimension to the term, ‘waxing lyrical’

Anthony Timms

While most of us would agree, and congratulate, Mangosuthu Buthelezi on a well celebrated life of 93 years (and counting), I am sure Buthelezi himself would be the first one to admit that he is not deserved of all this praise.

LETTER:

While most of us would agree, and congratulate, Mangosuthu Buthelezi on a well celebrated life of 93 years (and counting), I am sure Buthelezi himself would be the first one to admit that he is not deserved of all this praise. (As in the letter by Thami Ntuli, The Witness, September 9).

This has given a new dimension to the term, “waxing lyrical”.
