LETTER:
On a recent trip with the family to the World’s View local heritage site, we were greeted by the stench of urine, empty alcohol bottles and litter.
The grass was overgrown and the area was unkempt.
Dear City of Pietermaritzburg, restore this area and make it a place for families to visit again.
