Businessman charged with murder conspiracy.

THE two accused in the death of Skhumbuzo Dumisa in October last year, Trevor Mellis and Mthokozizi Zikhali, appeared in the Inkanyezi Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
The case was postponed to Wednesday, 11 March.
Both men are still out on bail.
Mellis is facing a charge of conspiracy to commit murder.
His co-accused, Mthokozizi Mduduzi Zikhali, alleges that he was hired by Mellis to kill Skhumbuzo.
Dumisa was found lying next to the road near Rutledge dam with several stab wounds and a gunshot wound to the stomach.
The motive for the planned killing, according to Zikhali, was that Dumisa, was suing Mellis for a large amount of money.
