Feast on chicken and tomato wrap pizza

This wrap pizza is incredibly simple to make. It's light enough to be a snack, good as an appetiser, or delicious enough to eat on its own!

Unwrap a delicious combination of savoury chicken and juicy tomatoes in every bite of this Chicken and Tomato Wrap Pizza recipe by LANCEWOOD®.


  • 1 large wrap(s)
  • 60 ml tomato paste
  • 10 ml sugar
  • 5 ml dried basil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 500 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Mozzarella, grated
  • 375 ml cooked chicken, sliced
  • 1 half red onion, sliced
  • Cherry tomato(es), halved

To serve:

  • Fresh basil , shredded
  • Fresh rocket leaves
  • Avocado(s) , sliced


  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Place the wrap the baking sheet.
  3. Mix the tomato paste, sugar, dried basil and salt. Spread evenly on the wrap.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over.
  5. Arrange the chicken, onion, and tomatoes on top.
  6. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until golden and bubbling and edges turns brown.
  7. Top with shredded basil, rocket, and avocado.

Air fryer: Alternatively – bake in the air fryer at 200°C for 7 – 8 minutes.
