The business is managed by owner Estelle Elliott, who is actively involved on a daily basis.
She leads a team of 25, the majority of whom are sole breadwinners of extended families. All have certificates from internationally accredited academies, and Sorbet Ballito has a strong focus on continuous growth,
education and training to upskill and empower these women.
