Award winning writer comes to Writers 2000
His talk promises to be both entertaining and informative and guests are welcome to attend the meeting.
The next meeting of Writers 2000 will take place on Saturday, March 1, with guest speaker Mr Gus Silber.
Mr Silber is an award-winning journalist, bestselling author and scriptwriter.
His books include It Takes Two to Toyi-Toyi, a satirical survival guide to the new South Africa.
As a scriptwriter and song lyricist, he has worked with South African moviemaker, Leon Schuster, on a number of films, including Panic Mechanic and Schuks Tshabalala’s Survival Guide to South Africa.
His talk promises to be both entertaining and informative and guests are welcome to attend the meeting.
There is a R10 fee payable at the door which covers tea.
The meeting will start at 2pm in the Inyoni Creek clubhouse on the corner of Modderfontein and Wordsworth Roads, Lyndhurst.
