Neon walk to hit Edenvale

All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Edenvale Care Centre Hospice.

The Trinity Presbyterian Church in Elma Park will host its annual spring walk on October 3.

Registration for the event will begin at 6pm and the walk will start at 6.30pm.

The theme for the year is neon.Entry fee for adults will be R40, while children under 16 and pensioners will pay R25.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Edenvale Care Centre Hospice.

The event will also feature live performances by Crossroad Live and DJ Luminescence. Walkers will receive a free gift when registering.

Food, beverages and glow in the dark merchandise will be on sale.

There will be prizes for the best dressed team as well as the best dressed individuals.

Participants can also be part of the Neon Selfie Booth.

The Trinity Presbyterian Church is situated on the corner of Rembrandt and St David roads in Elma Park.
