Friends of Rhodes Park unite

Ms Karen Stilwell, the co-ordinator of the Friends of Rhodes Park said, “The Friends of Rhodes Park is a group of volunteers, who patrol Rhodes Park to encourage residents and visitors to keep the park beautiful.”

She said the group will be patrolling on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, in two-hour shifts, from 10am to 6pm.

“We would like to see people making themselves available for this initiative. We would also appreciate donations like sweets for the children who will be helping us clean the park,” she added.

The community is invited to participate and can bring along their children or pets.
