Foxcroft to visit writers
She will conduct a mini workshop on the importance of correct language usage in writing.
Author Ms Annica Foxcroft will be the speaker at the Writers 2000 meeting on September 26.
Ms Croftfox said, “Writing is the most fun one can have on one’s own, according to Terry Pratchet, and I have to agree.”
Ms Foxcroft is also a partner in the communications business, Language Works.
At the meeting, she will conduct a mini workshop on the importance of correct language usage in writing.
The meeting will take place at the Inyoni Creek Clubhouse, situated at the Rand Aid Complex on the corner of Wordsworth and Modderfontein roads. The meeting will start at 1:30pm.
On October 31, those interested in writing poetry should diarise the workshop being conducted by Writers 2000’s Poetry Editor, Dr Duncan Stepto.
The workshop will run from 10am to 12pm at the same venue.
