Sascha-Lee wins Miss Gauteng Mzantsi crown

Sascha-Lee and her sister, Casey-Lee Daniel (16), were both finalists at the event held on October 10 in Midrand.

Sascha-Lee Daniel (9) from Edenvale was crowned Miss Gauteng Mzantsi 2015.

Sascha-Lee and her sister, Casey-Lee Daniel (16), were both finalists at the event held on October 10 in Midrand.

Casey-Lee, who was crowned first princess in her respective category along with Sascha-Lee, are both finalists in the Miss Mzantsi Africa event which will be held later this year in Cape Town.

Further to Sascha-Lee’s achievements, she was also nominated to be part of the SA Schools Ambassador for Cansa event.

This event will take place on October 31 at a gala evening to be held at the Carousel.

This year the theme is Kids for Cansa TLC and all proceeds will be given to the cause.

She also recently hosted a fun day at Dunvegan Primary School to raise awareness for children’s cancer.

“Sascha-Lee, at such a young age, believes in helping others. She has rallied up support and for her finals she has to rally up the votes,” said Jared Daniel.

The family is requesting the community’s support to vote for her.
