Cleveland SAPS is looking for three men who hijacked a man in Kensington.

According to Constable Mpho Mashakane, the station’s spokesperson, the man was just about to hit the road headed for his holiday destination on December 18.

The incident took place on Kate Street as the victim waited for someone he was to leave with for the holidays.

“He was waiting for someone to go with to holidays when three men pointed firearms at him. They demanded the car keys and forced him out of his silver VW Golf 4. The suspects then drove away in it,” Const Mashakane said.

A case of hijacking is being investigated.
