Teens dance their way to Germany

Sponsored flight fulfils dancers' dreams.

The Avios Travel Rewards Programme contributed to two dancers’ dreams of representing South Africa in Germany at one of the world’s largest dancing competitions.

They sponsored their flights in order for them to fulfil their dreams.

The dancing sisters and Reddam House pupils, Paige and Natasha Falerne, have been dancing since the age of three alongside the guidance of their mother and dance teacher, Ms Tracey Merrick.

Their passion for the art of dancing started with ballet and then grew into a love for other types of dancing, such as modern, jazz as well as contemporary dancing.

In 2015 both dancers performed in the top local competition, titled the Battle of the Giants, at Sun City and Concour de Moderne at the National School of the Arts. The pair won several trophies for top performances in various categories.
