Last night shortly before 9pm Emer-G-Med paramedics responded to a  three vehicle collision on the N3 North before Modderfontein Road, in Edenvale.

It’s believed that a car was travelling in the slow lane, when it was rear-       ended at a high-speed by a Mercedes.

The Mercedes then lost control, veered into the fast lane and collided           with a third vehicle.

Only one person was injured in the collision.

The patient was treated on-scene before being transported to a nearby         hospital for further assessment.

Local authorities were on-scene to investigate further.
