Eastgate Shopping Centre in conjunction with Reach for a Dream made a dream come true for Riley Vergne.
Four-year-old Riley was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. His biggest wish has always been to see large animatronics dinosaurs.
“Eastgate has been hosting the Dino Expo for a while now and we were approached by Reach for a Dream. They told us about Riley’s dream and we were more than happy to make his wish come true. So we invited him and his family to come enjoy the expo” said Ms Tiana Smit from Eastgate marketing department.
“Riley’s love for dinosaurs was evident during the play as he listened to the tale of the dinosaurs. Five children from Tateni Community centre also joined Riley at the Dino Expo.
“We are pleased that Riley and the children from Tateni community centre enjoyed themselves,” said Tiana.
