Constable Mulalo Khangale is a Sector Four manager at Cleveland Police Station.
Sector Four includes Denver, Heriotdale, Rosherville and City Deep.
Khangale joined the SAPS in 2009.
“My job entails creating a working relationship between residents and police,” he said.
