Jeppe detectives rewarded for good work

JEPPE – Kubone said the awards will motivate police officers and encourage them to perform better.

Jeppe SAPS station commander Brigadier Thembi Kubone, together with the station management, congratulated the station’s detectives on their monthly convictions on August 2.

According to the station’s Mongi Nkomentaba, the detectives were awarded with certificates and letters of appreciation for their work.

Kubone said the awards motivate police officers and encourage them to perform better.

“I believe in them [officers] since they are still young and energetic. The appreciation certificates will help them in future when they apply for promotions,” she said.

Jeppe SAPS detectives received certificates for their good work.

The convictions range from 18 to 20 years imprisonment and fines issued by the courts.
