Knights Pendragon and Bedfordview Rotary clubs recently teamed up with the Gauteng Department of Health to host Rotary Family Health Days (RFHD).
The campaign, held between October 3 and 4, was hosted at the Klopper Park Clinic.
Rotarians assisted the Department of Health by promoting the free health services, directing and co-ordinating the many people.

During the campaign, 350 people were seen to.
RFHD is part of an international Rotary campaign which provides free health-care services to people in underprivileged communities.
RFHD focuses on addressing Africa’s most pressing health challenges.
These health challenges include the immunising of children against polio, measles and other vaccine-preventable diseases.
Basic hand sanitation was also promoted.
