On February 3 Saheti School hosted the inaugural Saheti boys’ u-16 water polo tournament.

Saheti and St Benedict’s went head to head in the finals and Bennies boys emerged as the overall winner.

The objective of the initiative is to provide smaller schools and B-sides of premier schools the opportunity to participate in a tournament format against opponents of similar quality and goals.
Eight teams participated in the tournament: pool A was dominated by Saheti while St Benedict’s dominated pool B.
The final placings for the tournament were as follows: St Benedict’s (first), Saheti (second), Reddam Bedfordview (third), St Albans (fourth), Rand Park High School (fifth), Affies (sixth), St Stithians (seventh) and in eighth place was St Dunstan’s.
