Emperors donates R300 000 to Cansa

At the 10th annual Garden of Lights at Emperors Palace nearly R1.5-million was raised for four charities.

First to benefit from the funds raised was the Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa).

Munnik Marais, Cansa’s corporate relations manager received the cheque on February 21.

The cheque was given by Modderfontein resident and Emperors Palace general manager Clive Tavener.

The money was raised by community members who attended the Garden of Lights at Emperors Palace.
