Park Meadows fix potholes in Cumberland Road

As a centre we saw a need to do something for our customers

Park Meadows Shopping Centre made its customers smile when they did a random act of kindness.

The shopping centre decided to fix the potholes on Cumberland Road.

Cumberland Road after the potholes were fixed.

“Our customers were constantly complaining about the state of the road and that was a busy road. As a centre we saw a need to do something for our customers,” said marketing manager Paula Lamprecht.

The centre hired a contractor to fix the road.

“We did not want to disturb traffic and we decided working in the evening would be the perfect time,” said Lamprecht.

Residents took to Facebook to comment on the action taken by the centre.
