Edenglen High starts recycling initiative

Edenglen High was invited to participate in the initiative by Greenstone Shopping Centre to make ecobricks for the Khuthaza Foundation.

Edenglen High School started a recycling initiative with the hopes of assisting the environment.

The initiative will see learners make ecobricks which will be used to make various structures.

They are made by stuffing soft plastic, like chips packets, into a cooldrink bottle.

Edenglen High was invited to participate in the initiative by Greenstone Shopping Centre to make ecobricks for the Khuthaza Foundation.

On August 8, Grade Eight, Nine and 10 learners visited the shopping centre, where they constructed the bricks.
