Bedfordview’s Domestic Watch celebrates 2019 at year-end function

Domestic Watch hosted its year-end function with special guests at the South African National War Museum recently.

Domestic Watch’s Penny Steyn said 250 attendees received party bags and certificates for good attendance.

She said speakers and guests at the function included those from Rays of Hope, SAPS Randburg, Sandton SAPS, Linden SAPS, The Pink Ladies and Pikitup.

“It was a day of great fun, dancing, singing. The venue was packed. We are fighting a war so those who are making a difference got their recognition.

“The abundance of delight cannot be described, the thanks that came from vast numbers humbled me enormously,” said Penny.

Domestic Watch operates from the Bedfordview Methodist Church and will reopen in 2020.
