Looking to head out for some Halloween fun? Check out these events in Bedfordview, Edenvale and surrounds:
• From October 29 to 31 240 shoppers at Greenstone Shopping Centre who spend R300 or more and present their till slip at the info desk will receive a Krispy Kreme doughnut kit. The first 80 shoppers on each day to present their till slips at the info desk will receive a hamper. One shopper will also win a year’s supply of Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
• Bedford Centre will host a Halloween Trick or Treat event on October 30 from 10:00 to 14:00. Children can look forward to a trick or treat scavenger hunt and arts and crafts. There will also be a competition for the best dressed on the day. Entry to the event is free.

• The German Club will host a Halloween Night Market on October 29 from 18:00 to 22:00. Visitors will have the chance to trick or treat at the stalls and there will be a competition for the best dressed on the night. Entrance fee to the market is R20 for adults and R10 for children and pensioners.
• Eastleigh Primary School will once again host it haunted house on October 22 and 23. The school promises that this year will be better than ever before. On both days the haunted house will be open from 15:30 to 19:00. Entry to the event will cost R10 for primary school children and R20 for a general admission ticket.
• Kiddilicious on Nicol Road, Bedfordview, will host a Halloween colour run for children on October 29 and October 31. The cost for the event is R150 per child and those attending are asked to dress in old white clothes. The event will feature colour stations as well as fun activities for the little ones.
