Cargo Motors Bedfordview and Insurance Zone Actuaries & Consultants have partnered with Better Bedfordview to adopt the pavement near their premises.

Both businesses will fund the monthly maintenance of their adopted pavement.

“We are excited that our initiative has started with a big, powerful bang with the support of this two big-hitting, big-hearted local businesses. It is going to make a huge, visible difference,” said Better Bedfordview chairperson Marina Constas.

She has called on other businesses to adopt pavements that they will maintain and help Better Bedfordview to clean up and restore the area.

“We are grateful to Cargo Motors and Insurance Zone for sharing Better Bedfordview’s vision of engaged citizens (and businesses) working together to improve our neighbourhoods and ultimately South Africa – one suburb at a time,” Constas added.
