St Andrew’s appoints new deputy head for student affairs
Zinhle Ncongwane joins St Andrew's as a deputy head for student affairs she has a B Ed in English from Wits University and she is currently pursuing her Honours in Education.
St Andrew’s School for Girls Senior School has announced the appointment of Zinhle Ncongwane as the deputy head for student affairs as of January.
The school’s head of marketing Caterina Cannone said Ncongwane has her B Ed in English from Wits University and she is currently pursuing her Honours in Education (language and literacy).
“She is a passionate teacher and has previously taught and held leadership roles at Germiston High School and Bishop Bavin.

“We have been blessed to have her part of the St Andrew’s family since 2020, where she has not only inspired our English department but also led our girls in public speaking, fulfilled the role of a class tutor and has headed up Karee House this year,” shared Cannone.
They wish her the very best as she steps into the new and challenging position.
“We pray that her leadership journey is a positive one and one that is filled with personal growth and meaningful relationships with all she encounters.”
