Community invited to Rand Aid open day on October 17
Tours will offer an opportunity to see accommodation and communal spaces, learn more about the lifestyle and care options, and speak to residents and staff.
Rand Aid has invited community members considering retirement living or care options for themselves or a loved one to explore its villages and care centres during an open day on October 17.
Registration starts at 09:00, with welcome and orientation commencing at 09:30 at Inyoni Creek, located at 200 Modderfontein Road.

Tours of Rand Aid’s retirement villages and care centres will depart from Inyoni Creek from 10:30.
Visitors can choose to explore any of the six Rand Aid properties: Inyoni Creek, Elphin Lodge, Thornhill Manor, Tarentaal, Ron Smith Care Centre, or Thembalami Care Centre.
The tours offer an opportunity to view accommodation and communal spaces, learn about lifestyle and care options, and speak to residents and staff. Coffee shops at the various properties will also be open.
