Assistance needed with council claims

"Does anyone perhaps know of a company or individual who assists with claims?"

“I realise you are not an information service, but I have spent many hours searching and using Google for what I require.

I thought perhaps someone at the NEWS would know.

I am in the unfortunate situation of having a cottage of mine flooded and damaged due to the negligence of Ekurhuleni’s maintenance of sewerage pipes.

Since this has occurred twice, my insurance refused to pay the second time and told me to claim from the council. I have reached a point with them and no further. Despite endless attempts to contact them, I get no response.

Recently, I noticed a car in the Edenvale area with signage that indicated they were a company which assisted with council claims in the area, but was unable to take down the number.

I am in a desperate situation whereby this flat is my only income and this has caused me many problems.

Does anyone perhaps know of a company or individual who assists with claims?

I am not looking for a free service, but I cannot find such a company on the internet, yet I know one exists.”
