Registered driving schools thank centres

This should help the general public in choosing a registered driving school that is recognised in their area and should they have complaints, be able to take it up with the manager of the DLTC.

EDITOR – We the registered driving schools would like to thank the Edenvale and Bedfordview Drivers Licence Testing Centres (DLTC) testing grounds for the long overdue start to ensuring any driving schools which are going to use their testing grounds must be qualified.

This should help the general public in choosing a registered driving school that is recognised in their area and should they have complaints, be able to take it up with the manager of the DLTC.

Our advice to the public is:

Ask the instructors for proof that they are qualified.

Does the car have clear signage that it is a learner driver?

Are you fully insured to drive the car?

Does the car have a duel brake (clutch) on the passenger side?

Is the driving school registered? Ask your DLTC.
