In the final, Blood, Sweat and Brandy batted first to reach a score of 128 for the loss of seven after 20 overs.
Gideon Burger was the top scoring batsman with 73 not out off 46 balls.
During their batting innings, the Rubber Duckz managed to reach 117 runs in 20 overs to hand Blood, Sweat and Brandy an 11 run victory.
