Join the adventure and support animals in need

The event, which is in aid of several SPCAs on the East Rand, is aimed at raising much needed funds and assisting destitute communities.

The walk will take place at the Boksburg Stadium, along Jubilee Road, in Boksburg.

Gates open at 4pm and the afternoon promises to be lots of fun.

There will be foot-long rolls, cold drinks, ciders and beer on sale.

The following rules apply:

• no dogs on heat or puppies under three months of age will be permitted;
• vaccinations must be up to date and shown on request;
• all dogs must be on suitable leads;
• no aggressive, sick or injured dogs will be permitted.

In addition, all entrants stand the chance of winning a great mystery prize.
