The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (EMM) will be replacing electrical equipment in various substations in the Brakpan area as part of its maintenance programme.
In order to make way for the work, there will be a planned power supply interruption that will affect Brakpan (excluding Brakpan North), Langaville and Geluksdal on Sunday, March 6, from midnight until 9am.
Residents are reminded to treat all electrical appliances and the network as electrically live at all times.
